PF amount not yet received

Dear Madam/Sir,

To whome ever it may concern.

My self Hitendra Koride, i did not yet received my PF amount still now. but my Pf form reached office (RPFC Bandra on 16/11/10) on this following date. As to the sources says after reaching bandra office it takes 3 to 6 months to credit my bank account. But it not done.
