Release of payment

Dear Sir,

Against my account No.4925 000 4 0000 4097 on dated 10/12 SBI atm failed to release the payment of Rs.6200 to me and the said report with transaction I.D. No. 3455 has been filed with the complaint No. 22706482. It was made confirmed to me that the payment will be released with in twenty days but it is sorry to write that till date said amount has not been transfered in my account. Kindly look in to the matter and release the payment.
