Hi All,

I am writing down this complaint against the BPO companies who cheating people by not granting them jobs.

Now, today this is a very common habit or tendency in many of the BPO companies that when you come for an interview, people need to sit for long hours and wait until the HR person comes. After waiting for a long time, then 1 round in conducted mostly in companies have PI or HR round. Then, some companies in this round only reject many candidates and tell them to apply after 6 months or a year.

Now, I don't understand what is the logic of making people sit and then these people send the job descriptions and emails on our email address. After doing so, we people need to come to their places and wait for long long hours for the interview... We waste our time, energy and money (the most important valuable thing). We need to spend tickets and come to these stupids and then they don't respond even properly.

Why are they doing so??? Are they teasing the unemployed people??? If in our place they would come and apply for the job, then how would they feel if someone from us would have rejected them???

This BPO industry is making people a fool... First of all, either they don't have any vacancies or they just bluff with us and secondly they reject us, just collecting the CVs.

Then, we need to hog here and there taking our CVs for jobs...

Will this condition ever improve or not??? Please help us in the situation...

I am one of those victims who is raising this cry... I do have a list of companies i.e. BPOs who are related with all such activities...

Waiting for your reply on urgent basis. I would appreciate if you could take a stern and strict action against these BPO HRs...
