Extremely unhappy with the management of this company

I'm extremely unhappy with the management of this company, they make the life of the developers a living hell. no matter how hard you may work, they are just dissatisfied and upset of everything you do. is there a limit to the mental exploitation they give to the employees? no, there is no limit for them. these people are inhumanely cruel and rude. leave apart the appreciation, be it leaves, or compensation, they have got to humiliate you before they approve it. i mean do they think that they are doing a favor to the employees by giving them job and there is no other good company in Noida. won't an employee who is capable of doing a good job need respect. or do they ting they are hiring cows and animals. whatever it may be but certainly the environment is not at all good for the employees to work.
