I had filed O.A. against outstation transfer from Mumbai to M ormugao on account of vndictive action by the employer in rspect ofwhom I had exposed fraud to the tune of more than 1.5 crores through RTI. CAT jury deliverative did not take cognigance of fraud exposed by me while disposing of the O.A.although documents were filed with O.A..He did not even followed basic principles of law to obtain written statement of denial of fraud by the respondent
