HOUSE MAID

ON 23.5.11, i have approached the above man power services for selecting house maid on full time basis at Rs.4, 000/= p.m. I have agreed for the salary and immediately they asked for 1 month salary as advance and Rs.500/= for registration, I told I want to see the maid first, they showed one lady who is very bright and innocent and she told she will take care of all the domestic work (in our house only 2 members), I agreed and I paid Rs.4500/= for their service charges and recd. receipt.

On the joining date the house maid has not come when i approached the service people they told she wont come they will give me some other, and showed me one 1/2 minded lady, as a stop gap arrangement I agreed (they assured if I am not satisfied they will change the maid) on the basis of their assurance have agreed to that, but till date they are not picking up my calls, when i tried from other nos they have picked up and I asked for the same, they are not answering properly.

I need either servant maid or my money back.
