Non payment of final settlement

Career & Work

I joined CMS Computers in Aug. 2007 and resigned in June with all the formalities. Till date i have not received my final settlement and June month salary.

I have received my PF but settlement is pending till date and on contacting the HR Deppt i was informed that it is on hold for some reason and will not be processed.
