Completed Training But not get the Amount and Voucher in GTL Limited Ahmedabad

Hello,

I have completed my BE EC and from 4th Nov. 2011 to 31st March I have worked with GTL Limited, Ahmedabad as On Job Trainee Engineer (OJT). As a OJT we get the Rs. 4200/- as stipend and we have work as field engineer and the claims of travelling has been submitted to the office and then we will get the amount of the particular claim. But we have received our last claim on 22nd Dec. 2011 and after that I have not received any claim and the amount of claim pending is Rs.16, 331/- of around 4 months. I have tried to contact to get the amount lots of time but couldn't get response and now a days they are not receiving the call also and told me that I am not getting the response from the Mumbai Circle and Today I have visited the office regarding this problem and Sir told me that I am not getting any response. So, What shold I do to get this amount because I have spent this amount from my own pocket...???
