Hi, all you guys,

Have you heard this co. "Dwarka grp. of company." ..the HR people just fool you by calling you for interviews, offering high packages. They dont have management at all. No time is given for the interviews, they make you sit for hours like 4-5 hrs. Ask some stupid questions sometimes they comment like " why are you making fake Accent " and "stop showing attitude" and etc! The person who is going to interview you i.e the MD comes at any time.

Secondly, the HR people in Dwarka, interview you for 2 days consistently, keep changing the recruiter and say that you are shortlisted for the next round and when you come for the next round, make you sit for hours again, MD is his cabin but they will say and that too after 4 hrs that the person has left who is going to interview you as when you know he is right in his cabin, make you fool. Make apologies. And again offer you for some different profile.

Never trust them, you would be simply wasting your time and days looking at the high packages which they offer, making you sit for hours and do not conduct any interviews.

And at the end of the Day, they make stories as someone else has been shortlisted. Who would tolerate such CRAP, guys!!!

Guys, there are hell lot of people coming for interviews, sometimes the rounds are never ending, they just go on and on and on and on for months...! But nobody had guts to make a statement and make aware to other candidates of such foolishness!!!

Dwarka Group of Companies - Navi Mumbai. - Be aware!!! High time guys.

Let me tell you the HR people names as well - Madhavi.and Vikram jhadav.
