Misbehaviour by security guard

Dear sir/ madam

i, ashok, am a regular customer of EASYDAY ambala cantt... So many times ihave found that the persons sitting at the check point of the store misbehaving with other customers... today i was his victim... what waz i went to the store and i placed my belonging in the rack provided outside the entrance and got the token... while shopping in side i lost the token inside the store... i admitted my mistake... and i told them the name of all the articles that i placed in the rack but still they denied to return them to me... i said keep my contact no... but they again denied to return... then i said that there are only three to four customers u can ask each of them whether the things belongs to them or not... even asking the customer they didn't give my things back to me... and started misbehaving... even one of them was not wearing his dress... and at last the result was i came back without my things... and with bitter experience... when i was coming they didn't took my contact number and address... this shows that they were preplanned not to return the things to the customer... at any cost...
