FPF Account Number with the previous - KN/13151/2149

The above mentioned Cheque deposited to current pf account DL/19221/225 along with EPF form-13.

Current Employer: Emerson Process Management, Noida

Checking the details that whether the cheque has been encashed or not,

pf office informed that pf account does'nt exist & cheque is also misplaced somewhere.

There is a acknowledgement form recieved from pf office stating that the pf account has been created.

Please suggest how to go about to get the details of the current pf account & misplaced cheque.
