PF Status

Dear Sir/Madam.

I had worked with a company named MetLife Global Operation Support Center Pvt. Ltd, Noida. I left the company on October and submitted my PF withdrawal forms to EPFO Complex, Plot No-23, Sector-23, Dwarka through my company on October it has been around 8 months however still I didn’t get my amount. As per the policy it should be credited to the account within Max 3 Month however I am stilling facing the problem. Why we should face this problem for our own Money which we have earned by doing hard work in the office and not getting it? When I am calling at that office they are never responding over the phone. I am trying but they are not picking up the calls. Kindly please confirm my PF Status. My PF No. is DL/937252/554 & DL/934821/952.
