PF not settled

Dear Sir

I have been working for Finar chemicals Limited from Jan' 06 to 15 july ' 08 where they have deducted Rs.480/- every month for PF and the my PF no. is GJ/28457/54 and they have not settled my PF till date. i have given all the documents for the claim and was in constant touch with the company but know they are saying that they will not send the confirmation to PF office and saying that they will not give me the EPF. Please help me to get my PF
