Anamoly in my salary fixation

I, M.K.Shrivastavaewas getting ACP after successfully completion of 12 years services as PGT.Chem. on 01-01 at that time my basic 8500=00 i.e before ACP . After ACP my basic also 8500=00 .I am getting my first increment as on 01-01 Rs.8750=00. Terefore I am not getting any ACP benefit. Please consider my case very sympathitically.
