Anamoly in my salary fixation

I have getting ACP after completion of my 12 years services on 01-01 at that time my basic pay was 8500=00 that is before ACP. After ACP I am not getting any financial benifit in respect of basic pay . i.e. also 8500=00. Next increment on 01-01 was 8750=00 .Please consider my case sympathetically.
