Refering to the above subject, I am Manjunathaswamy. N.L was worked as staff Employee with M/s. Fouress Engineering (I) Ltd. Bangalore–560 058. From Sept-1995 to June. Fouress Group head office is located at Mumbai. All Fouress group Employees E.P.F (Employee Provident Fund) Amount is being Credit to Fouress Trust which is managed by Fouress Management at Mumbai. Remain E.P.S (Employee Pension Scheme) Amount is being Credit to your Department. After 60 Days of my Resignation I had filled & submitted the Form-19 and Form-10C through M/s. Fouress Engineering (I) Ltd. After submission the Forms with in two months I received my E.P.F. Amount Cheque from Fouress PF Trust-Mumbai. But till date I have not received my E.P.S Amount or Scheme Certificate from your Department (For Applying at the appropriate time for Pension along with Form 10D).

I am very sorry to state that in spite of nearly five years having been passed.

I was worked 9 years 9 months in M/s. Fouress Engineering (I) Ltd. I knew that after 10 years only is eligible for Pension scheme.

Even If I am eligible for Pension scheme Kindly send me Scheme Certificate as mentioned above purpose.

If not, Kindly Release my E.P.S Amount and Credit to my SBM Account as soon as possible which is mentioned in details below.

OR, Kindly suggest me through Mail that, next procedure if any which I have to do.
