I am cheated of 15, 000 rs by sanjay kumar dash

Dear sir/madam,

My name is sumit kumar burnwal from kolkata. I contacted a consultancy named by "future career" at naya pally in bhubneshwar. The person i was dealing with, was sanjay kumar dash. He setup a telephony interview for me with "thinkways software pvt. ltd." also known as "Thinkways technology". I got the confirmation mail by sanjay kumar dash to join the company on 3rd january for this process he took 15, 000/- from me which i had deposited in his brother's (chaitanya charan dash) sbi account (a/c no-31469908702). But i was not able to join that company because i didnot get any offer letter what i deserved from sanjay. I think i am cheated by sanjay kumar dash. Now the situation is sanjay is not in the mood of returning the money.

Please suggest me what should i have to do. I have the money deposite receipt as well as the print out of that confirmation mail. I am most easily available at mail smt.brnwl@rediffmail.com and at cell 91-810-1949-074.
