Salary & Full n final settlement has not been processed after relieving me from my jo

Dear Sir,

I would like to register a complaint against my Employer PM Dimensions Pvt Ltd. They haven't paid me my salary for the month of Jan and also the full and final settlement is not processed.

I am following up since past 15 days but no action has been taken as of now. Please let me know what should be my next step
