Give me a good judgment.

In my company for the same qualification the have provided different salary. so i resign my job. But I want to re-leave before notice period of one month. But they told it is not Hr rules, if i want to relive earlier, I want to pay one month salary.

But how it is possible. Give me clarification about the HR policy about salary difference for the same qualification.

Please give me judgment... im from poor family...
