Dear Sir,

I am Saurabh Agarwal had been worked with HBL Global Pvt Ltd as a Relationship officer in Merchant Services Deptt (EDC M/c) Emp id - S16951 located at Kanpur from Nov 30 to 24 September would like to request you to kindly arrange to credit my PF Amount due with you as still it has not been credited in my A/c.

I had sent all the necessary docs alongwith Form through registered Post by Dec'2008.

Its my humble requets to you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit the due PF amount in my A/c at the earliest.
