Forcefully resignation

Hi...

I m MOHD. FIROZ, my Sap code is 80033744, I am working as a Executive Operation in VODAFONE (UPW) process since 24Nov.2007.My TL is Ranjeet Kumar and Ass. Maneger was Manish Mishra.

My concern is that yesterday I was asked by Operation Mr. Shatrujeet Singh to give resign from services of AEGIS BPO. I asked the reason, and then I was being told that there is some issue with your DATA, so you will need to give resignation with immediate effect.

I asked them to show my DATA. They has shown me the Data, however the Data was incomplete. I then denied giving resignation as there was no issue with my Data. My manager Shatrujeet Singh then uses the following language.

“TUJHE MAIN DIKHATA HU AUR AB DEKHTA HU TU KAISE RESIGN NAHI KARTA.” he told me your sallery will be deposit on 7th of fabraury. you know i can't servive without money. now i am borrowing money from my friends.thay may help only some days. i hope i will get responce from your side.
