Loss of two bags

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Yogesh Goradia travelling by flt no.9W 0462 on 17th june at 20.25 would like to logde a complaint as I have lost my two bags containing optical samples, the description of which is as follows:

1) one was military green in colour.

2) the other was dark blue in colour.

when I reported for my bording pass and check in baggage I was guided by your staff to put my hand baggage (suitcase) also in the luggage though it was making my total weight of luggage more than 35kgs which I pointed out to him that only 20kgswas allowed and I would not like to pay for acCess luggage.

He assured me it was okay and gave me bording pass stating LMITED RELEASE.

when I reached mumbai and went to collect my luggage I found only my suitcase and my two sample bags were missing. I cotacted the jetairways baggage claim staff Mr. Sadiq who asked me to come next day morning as it was 11.00pm and the chennai baggage claim office was closed.

I visited the airport onthe next day and enquired about the same and they said they had emailed and contacted the chennai baggage office, but they said they had not found any such baggage.

I would like you to look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
