Pending Salary

This is Ganga Eswari M. i had worked in private concern. I have been asked to relieve the company on 29 February. i relieved the job also but they didn't pay my February Month salary till date.

management have a rights to terminate me, but have any rights to didn't give my salary???

They didn't send my PF Account number and previous months salary payslip also.
