Dear Sir/Madam

This is in continuation to my last complaint dated 27th December. In month of January got mail from the company- Indo Bakels Pvt Ltd, Mumbai that my full and final settlement amount was diposited to my account. When I contacted them for details I was given amount details not the calculation as how the figures were arrived. I wrote them (Owner- Ajay Goyal, his GM, Accountant and Consultant) about missings as the amount transferred was only 50% of the actual amount. After so many follow ups from many side, the owner Ajay Goyal is admant not to attend the issue nor allowings others to look into.

I had requested him to resolve as per his convenience-- as one to one meeting or collective meeting but not ready to consider any option. I had asked reason for less payment (only 50%) which he is also not ready to reply nor allowing others from his office to reply.

Please help me resolve this issue.
