Complaint for non say of noticer period serve but hr charged of Rs. 2000 recovery

Dear Mam,

I was resigned in ING Life Insurance Company at Thanjavur Location from 11th June to 4th December. There a new Manager Mr. Velusamy joined he was give contnius pressure to me. I decided that I resigned my job I was discussed with him. That is 30th NOVEMBER. I called with Mr. Velusamy mobile NO:9843750404. I told to BM 30th Nov'2010 at the date Sir I resigned my job that He told me 1st december come to office.

I went to next day 1st Dec'2010 to Office. At the date He was meeting with SM. But he already told to security person that plz say to sankar not allow to inside of office. This information told by security person MR. Pakkiarraj. I decided that again not go to office. Later period I was disscuss with BM mr. Velusamy what is procedure for resigned my job. He told me that come to office fill the resigned documents and put signature made give to me.

I did same and hand over of all office things handover to security person.

Hence HR letter come to my which information showing that I will pay to company for Non serve made of Notice Period. Which amount for Rs.-.

How can I pay to company? Now I am unemployment. But notice period serve information doesnot say by ING LIfe insurance Thanjavur Location Branch Manager Mr. Velusamy.

How can I pay this much amount? Plz help out me.
