Provident Fund fraud

Dear Sir,

I have approached Mr. Jasbeer Singh (Owner) and HR department of ITBL multiple times via mails, office visits and telephone calls for my provident fund withdrawal. However they are not responding for past 4 months even to my notice to them 'For doing the needful as per the PF act'.

I have contributed to PF for my 2 years and 5 months in the organization. Please help me in withdrawing the same in this time of need.
