Dear Sir/Ma'am

As per the ITC's code of conduct section&-quot;Any instance of non-adherence to the Code of Conduct / any other observed unethical behaviour on the part of those covered under this Code should be brought to the attention of the immediate reporting authority, who shall in turn report the same to the Head of Corporate Human Resources."- I am thus obliged to put forward my query regarding where I should be lodging my complaint to. It is with regard to the conduct and policy an employee, personal care branding, called Navdha Taparia, and it is a shame in the name of the reputation of the company and it's employees. I intend to take the matter up most sincerely.
