Dear Sir,

It is to inform you

# That I was appointed as Chief Elactrical Engineer for their project in Libya by M/S JAIN GROUP KOLKATA.

# That I landed in Tripoli on 6th Oct'10 and next day to my surprise I was introduced to the Client as Project Manager for the Infrastructure project Tarhauna city by the company.(As per project requirements civil enginnering background Project head was essential)

# That within few days Consultant rejected company's proposal of Project Manager with electrical engineering back ground.

# That Client withdrew all the facilities provided to me as Project Manager based on Consultant's comments.

# That it was not possible for me to continue there under such humiliating conditions as such I requested the Company to send me back immediately and I shifted to Company's office in Tripoli from Tarhauna site.

# That Company asked me to continue till alternative arrangement is done.

# That management arranged to send me back after detaining almsot 7 weeks (on 23rd Dec'10) in Tripoli and no sustitute had arrived till that time.

# That company paid adhoc advance to my wife in cash for the month Oct and Nov '10 retaining 30% of the salary.

# That no payment has been done for the month Dec'10.

# That I have been requesting the company to finalize and pay all the dues so that I may file IT return being mandatory before 31st May'11 to no avail.

# I am sure your intervention may compel the Company to clear my dues before that otherwise I will not be in a position to file the return.

# Kindly inform if you need additional information, if any.
