Activ ating my usersname and password

I have purchased a package of Report Creator Job - Starter Plan by making a payment ofRs.2544/- by cash transfer in his account on 18/01/10. The amount has also been credited and he has provided me a usersname (Reporting123) and password (Starter345). I entered this usersname and password in my mambers area as suggested by himBut I failed to open the Site, and start the work.

I immediately inform him to solve my problem by sending an Email. But I didi not get any response. Thereafter, I have send no. of Emails and also several 0ffline messages, but no result. I have also tried to contact him on phone twice a week regularly, but no response.

Now, I am very much fad up by his such kind of behaviourI have been victimised..

Therefore, I have to lodge a complain against him as he is person who simply cheating the person like me. I request you to kindly investigate the case as there are others also who have bee n cheated by him
