Non payment of notice pay

I joined in PKS LTD on 16.11. on 07.04.2010 the HR manager of the company send one message to my mobile that "you are release from the service as per discuusion " when i send a mail to them asking the reason and efective date then they are sending me the mail that you are release from 31.03.2010. they are notmentioning any reason, when i am asking of the notice pay of 2 months as mentioned in the appointment letter they did not make any response more over the md was not picking up my phone i have send lots of mail and sms to him and other people of the company but nothing happned. I feel in this way the company cheated me.
