PF WITHDRAWAL FORMS NOT CLEARED

Dear Sir / Madam,

Myself K Shriram Murthy PF Account holder in JMD OILS PVT. LTD. (Survey No.320 Village Bhimasar, Gandhidham (Kutch), Gujarat) Account Number is DL / 28665 / 157 and Head Office address is JMD OILS PVT. LTD. (5/24, Ramesh nagar - New Delhi- 110015.)

In this company my details are as follows:

Date of Joining: 27/06

Date of Leaving: 17/06

I sent my PF withdrawal forms i.e. form 19 and 10C several times and the details are as follows:

* I sent my PF withdrawal forms to Employer and received by PF Office on 08/02 duly with stamped at Delhi but they return, reason they mention that, ‘deposited the fund of the same account’. But fact is I didn't receive any fund from the same. Than I phone call with JMD staff in HRD Department regarding the same and I sent again PF withdrawals forms along with ICICI Saving account statement copy which was I mention in PF withdrawal forms.

They received the forms and duly stamped by PF office at Delhi on 18/12, again this time they mention reason that, due to ICICI account is not in use so PF amount cheque is return.

So many times phone call and reminder regarding the same with Employer but no response. Than last year I received a call from JMD Staff that ‘why you not submit your PF withdrawal forms’ than I given explanation regarding the same, so they told me that submit your Forms i.e. Form No. 19 and 10 C immediately.

So this way the conversation done between us and again I submitted the PF withdrawal forms to Employer in March and last message I received from JMD Staff-Bhimasar that, ‘you please talk with JMD head office regarding your PF related query’. My question is I worked with JMD at Bhimasar - Gandhidham why I should talk to head office.

So sir, in this way they are not suppose to clear my fund of PF.
