Kadevi Engineering Company is a telecom company of Hyderabad. They recruit peoples through Genius Consultants. While joining they are taking certificates as security for a year. But after completion of 1 year they are not returning the certificate. Also after resigning they will play with you and demand for money.if you dont give money they wont give your certificate back. I have also given my certificate and I have resigned 6 months ago. I have to get 12000 rupees from the company as my salary and TA, DA.but they are demanding one month gross salary first. They are also telling that After giving first month salary you may get money or may not depends upon the company. It affects my career because they are not giving my certificate back.
