Delay in transferring the amount after selling stock

I, ch.phaneendra, have an account in your Amalapuram branch with client id. No:14237149. I sold my REC LTD.stock, 50 shares on 28-05. from then till now the amount was not credited in my bank account. I was transferred from that place 3 months back.so that i contact the branch incharge Sri SASHIDHAR by phone. But he was not responded correctly towards me. He responded very arrogantly. so please take proper action on him and make necessary action in crediting the amount in to my bank account
