Maturity claim not received

Sir,

I Shankar Singh Khangarot policy holder by your policy No. 192392666 (money back) as salary saving scheme. My all premium against this policy has been deposited through salary. The policy has been matured on August all required document has been also submitted to the circle office, Ajmer in the month of Oct. but I have not received maturity claim till now. Therefore you are requested to kindly needful action and make sure my maturity claim.
