Egeneration/activation of customer id and login password

Please check state of my axis bank account number 083010100607889 whether it is still in existence or has been deactivated. If deactivated, i want to restart the same. My customer id is 083068397 and forgot login password after changing it. Moreover, i requested to regenerate my password as @mss7054 but i don`t know whether the same has been activated or not. Please help me in this regard.
