Abusive behavier against of my family

Hear by im complaining against Mr Shahu &the lineman Mr Sen, today visited my home for recovery the balence elecrict bill.last two days before Mr Sen (Lineman) visited to me and i committed and insure him that i wll surely paid my whole balence bill on 5th of May. Today Mr Shau &Mr Sen came in my absence in my home & threatened my parents by abusive behavior&and forced my parents for clearing the bill today.
