PF Withdrawl

This is in reference with my PF withdrawal. Since, I was appointed as Customer Service Representative at L3 level on April, 1 2005. The appointment letter drafted was duly signed by Mr. Partha Pratim Das (Centre Head). After my resignation to this organization, I tried my level best to get in touch with the officials, Subject to my PF withdrawal. Even after a detachment of around five years from the organization, I have not received any communication from the employer, Regarding my PF withdrawal. Quite recently I have tried my communication with the branch office at Patna, To which an employee called Swati Prasad promised to send me a copy of withdrawal application with the sample to fill it up on my email id. Thereafter, Several mails have been shot by me, Regarding the same, But to no response. Several calls has also been made for the issue, But no actionable has been done yet. I am largely dissatisfied with this company and want my PF withdrawal processing to be done. My money deducted from my salary is at stake. Please help me to get my money back. My PF A/C number, Subject to my employment was TN/35791/50966.
