I Babita Kumari employee code- 98270, ESIC No. - 422039741 has remained employee with Mafoi Patna from February to October.

My PF No. provided by Mafoi Patna is TN/35791/75019.

I had applied for PF withdrawal at Mafoi Patna office on 19 March.

Since I have not received my payment due.

Kindly look into the matter and help me get my payment as soon as possible since is has been a long time.
