Sir am working in manappuram fin ltd . actually here this company workers are facing lots of problems against non reason issues . here no one have right to ask about because of one day leave means 2 day salary will cut. Sunday holiday in all manappuram but if we take leave on Saturday and Sunday means they will cut four day salary so plz help us . nearly 26000 employees are facing this problem
