Hi im ex employee of your organisation (2nd ASST MGR). I was been attached with ur firm for the last 6 Yrs. I had always given my work efficiency 2 my resturant wer ever i have worked, During my workig period i had got many oppertunities from other firms 2 work with a GOOD salary package. But i had never thought of leaving ur organisation. But it was a truly a shocking movement for me wen Certain HOD & my RM planned a situataion wer ihad to forcebly resign form the outlet (wich i think is a great heart felling towards me), This really broke me down as giving my entier period to the outlets upliftment didnt not worked as during my trouble time. I had always learnt about a Hirakry proceess/open door policy wen employee neeed a councelling, But i was never got any help from my superior. Mc donalds always won awards for been BEST EMPLOYEER india. But i have to say this deeply from my HERATH that he organisation really fogets the people who work hard consistantly fot making this organisation SUCCESSFUL
