This is to inform your kind self that I have not received the P.F. Withdrawal amount
which was transferred from A/c. KN/BN/25482/6582 transferred to DN/25803/17285
A copy from my previous employer M/S. METLIFE INDIA INSURACE CO. PVT LTD
showing the transferred amount and duly acknowledged by your office.
But when I received the cheque amount for withdrawal, I have received only the withdrawal
of money of M/S. AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE CO. INDIA LTD and not duly transferred amount
withdrawal of my prelvious company M/S. METLIFE INDIA INSURACE CO. PVT LTD.
