Validation of pin despite payments and several requests made through telephonic conversations

I had made payments via draft for 4 persons i.e. Rs 650.00 * 4=Rs 2600 in the month of June. necessary update has was been done for only 3 persons leaving out 1. Despite repeated requests and information relayed to Shri Milan Hans Ph No. 09417398465 no action has been initiated from their side... If the name of Shri Hendy D. Shira could be updated it would be very much helpful as a lot of downlies are on hold due to this...
