Full & Final Settlement not cleared

Dear Sir,

I have worked with a company for more than 8 years. The company released only part payment against my Full & Final settlement. However, considerably huge amount is still receivable from the company. The details were sent to the company followed by few reminders but the company did not respond.

Though I did not get an Appointment Letter from the company and joined the company on the wordings of the CMD.

During my tenure of working with the company, the CMD promised certain payments / benefits to me but unfortunately the CMD never kept his words.

I would like to inform that I have worked with utmost honesty and sincerity and never cheated a single penny from the said company.

Still the company is not ready to pay my legitimate dues.

I strongly feel that there should be a complaint forum wherein interest of the employees / service class people will have to be talen care as these people work very hard and end up with loss because of non-payment of their full & final dues.

But it is also true that such type of cheating by the prospering companies is very bad as their name is defamed but these companies are not bothered for their fame instead they are keen in making huge profits by whatever means.
