Hi Sir,

I worked with M/s Pidilite INdustries Ltd, for nearly two years (May' 08 to Mar'10) and my PF number was "MH-5318/9455". In Apr'10 I have joined in new organisation i.e.M/s Dabur India Ltd. Here I have got a new

New EPF account "UP-5417/62417"

AND

New EPS account No. "HP-2549/1650"

So, I request you to please transfer my EPF & EPS accumulations accordingly.

Already 6 to 7 months got over but I am not finding any information on my request.

Form 13 was submitted to you through M/s Pidilite INdustries Ltd.

Please do the needful.
