Salary cheque issue

Dear sir,

Myself Yogesh U. Potdar, I was working in your firm in Mumbai (goregoan) as service desk technical support associate. I gave my resignation on 17th january. I have not yet received my salary for month of JAN. My employee ID is 2130389.It was told to me by HR that I'll receive my salary cheque within 45-90days, but even after four months i have not yet received my salary cheque. I request you to do the needful as soon as possible, and kindly let me know the status about my salary cheque. My ticket no. for the complaint registered with mphasis is 314875 for the letter which i have already sent to HR help desk on 16th april, but i have not received any reply yet.
