Government declared election holiday are not given

It is announced in papers and declared by Tahashildar and labor commissioner to announce holiday on zilla panchayat and tallok panchayat election but company HR peoples are denying to give us holiday to cast our votes this supposed to be questioned by election commision. since we people working in low profile we cannot rise our voice against it
