Probelm in 2220 slide

Dear sir,

with reference to above subject i would like to inform u, i have purchased NOKIA 2220 SLIDE, on 16.4.10 at univercell hospet branch - karnataka,

IME-NO.. 351548044534298

while speaking there is no clarity of voice (always breaking) even when network is full range as well as while using loudspeaker also... & i came to know that there is a problem with this set, this information i got from NOKIA PROMOTER ITSELF...

& one more thing service is very poor after sale - especially in univercell.. as well NOKIA CARE- HOSPET BRANCH - KARNATAKA, i am old customer for nokia mobile since from last 4.2 years as well univercell also (1.5 years)

So, i request u to please provide a proper solution... as early as possible..
