Mobile reparing

Hii..i went to the big c show room mobile in nellore on 18/06.Some problem are ocurred in my mobile during the keypad stip. They repaired and billed 400/-.But the problem is cured after 2 days the problem has arised. It's very cheated. I'm trying to contact big c in so many times bu they dont response. So that evry one dont belived big c. It's a cheated company in AP.
