Auto off/on, showing charging

Set was purchased on 15/12 evening from S B Communications, City Centre, Durgapur-16. Same was started to give problem from 18/12 evening.

PROBLEM : 1) Auto ON/OFF (Restart & Shutdown Automatically)

2) Always showing Charging without Charger (Falls Charging)

3) Always showing Low Battery

ACTION: Booked complaint at BHIRINGI, DURGAPUR-713213 (Complant no. 101219/22 dated 19/12), As per them, it is a hardware proble, they have taken the mobile.

REMARKS: As it is purchased on 15/12, Please replace it.
