Battery getting drained in 2-3 hours

This is how I will remember before purchasing or interacting with any No –Maine Kiya, service centre in future.
Dear Concern.
I was a die hard fan of Nokia till 18.04. my memories are still fresh with handsets which I used in past like, 5110-3110 -6210 -6200 and current E -51.
Apart form product I was totally satisfied with the quality and services provided by Nokia, till date I visited Gandhinagar Service centre on 19.04.2010 2.10 PM,
Purpose of visiting Service centre -I have purchased nokia battery in Gwalior (M.P.) in month of April
Details As follows –
Bill No -1231 dated 08.04.2010 battery Model No –BP-6MT,
Which is getting discharge in 2 hours irrespective of talk time?
I was shocked and confused when I entered the centre – following things I have noticed,
• No Token system
• Randomly one can go inside and get services (With Muscle Power)
• You need wait for long time to get insight (Mercy of service center)
• I was sitting for more then 45 minutes no one approached / nor shown any concern as customer
When I lost my cool after spending more then 45 minutes, I decided to get insight and ask for the services. (No supporting is there to prove my timing claim that I waited for 45 minutes you need to believe me)
When I approached one of the staff,
One gentleman came to me with rush of blood and shouted like, I have stolen cell from his service center. He is none other then service engineer of centre Mr. Mayur Singh
His approach toward me till I am there to bulldoze me.
When I asked him about getting in process and made him aware about nokia standards,
He loudly shouted at me and said – Go… do what ever you want to? Call any one in nokia. I don’t care.
I was stunned by the approach they have shown to the customer who is in need to get his battery checked.
After some time one gentleman called me in and checked the battery and said - battery is ok.
Again I got shock of my life – HOW can one person take battery in his hand and say battery is ok, without following processes or checking with supportive instruments….
When they realized that I am not going to listen any nonsense they decide to investigate further and opened my cell which is damaged while fitting – (There is a crack in left side of cell) which they handed to me quietly. I am not able to realize till I left the service centre because I am in no mood at that time to get DADA giri services from them.
Dear concerns, my humble request to you please looks into the matter and solve my issue
Or else you will force me to approach Media / Consumer court for further action.
I will fight this battle till I get justice…………no matter what time, cost
I Will wait for your reply and action till 15 th May.and then proceed for legal action against those who damaged my cell and reputation in front of outsiders.
